Health and wellness fair scheduled at Wynn Hospital on March 21

The Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) is set to host a Health and Wellness Fair at Wynn Hospital in Utica. The event, organized by the MVHS Eat Right. Live Right. Nutrition Counseling team, aims to celebrate National Nutrition Month under the theme “Food Connects Us.”

The fair will feature participation from MVHS dietitians and community outreach registered nurses who will offer free blood pressure screenings. Local farmers, the Oneida County Department of Health, photographers, In Bloom yoga studio, the Sneaker Store, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oneida County, Tibbitts Maple, and other vendors will also be present.

Attendees are invited to learn nutrition tips and have the opportunity to win gift cards and baskets while engaging with local community organizations.

Scheduled for Friday, March 21, 2025, the fair will take place at the Wynn Hospital Auditorium located at 111 Hospital Drive. It runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., offering free entry to all attendees. Parking is complimentary in the hospital’s parking garage or via valet service at the main entrance.
