A woman from Marshall was arrested following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Marshall, according to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol. The incident took place on March 1, 2026.

Jausaun Murden, age 35, was taken into custody and faces several charges. She has been charged with one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, which is classified as a class A misdemeanor. Additional charges include Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree and Unlawful Imprisonment, both also class A misdemeanors. Murden is also charged with Harassment in the second degree, considered a violation.

Sheriff Maciol stated: “According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, a Marshall woman was arrested after an investigation into a domestic that occurred in the Town of Marshall.”

Murden was processed at the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building. After her arraignment in CAP court, she was released on her own recognizance.
