The Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) is set to host a Health and Wellness Fair at the Wynn Hospital Auditorium in Utica. The event will take place on Friday, March 21, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with media welcome at 11:30 a.m.

The fair aims to celebrate National Nutrition Month under the theme “Food Connects Us.” It offers an opportunity for the public to learn nutrition tips, participate in contests for gift cards and baskets, and engage with local community organizations and vendors.

Attendees can expect participation from MVHS dietitians and community outreach registered nurses who will provide free blood pressure screenings. Other participants include local farmers, the Oneida County Department of Health, local photographers, In Bloom yoga studio, the Sneaker Store, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oneida County, Tibbitts Maple, among others.

The event is open to the public without any entry fee. Attendees can access free parking in the Wynn Hospital parking garage or use the valet service at the main entrance.
