MVHS hosts MyChart info sessions in Rome and Oneida

The Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) Rome and Oneida Medical Offices are set to conduct two informational sessions aimed at helping patients understand and register for MyChart. This platform offers secure online access to electronic medical records.

During the free event, MVHS staff will assist attendees with MyChart registration and explain its benefits and features. These include how to view medical information and test results, manage appointments, and pay bills.

The sessions are scheduled at the following locations: MVHS Rome Medical Office, 1617 North James, Suite 900, Rome on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., and MVHS Oneida Medical Office, 131 Main Street, Suite 103, Oneida on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Light refreshments will be available.
