Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) is organizing an event where staff, community members, and cancer survivors will form a human pink ribbon to raise awareness for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The event is scheduled for Friday, September 19, 2025, at Murnane Baseball Field in Utica, New York, across from the Faxton Campus. In case of rain, the event will be moved to Friday, September 26.

Participants are encouraged to wear bright pink clothing and are asked to arrive by 12:45 p.m. An aerial photograph of the assembled ribbon will be taken. Those interested in joining are requested to register online at bit.ly/2025pinkribbon.

The MVHS Cancer Center is sponsoring this initiative as part of efforts to highlight breast cancer awareness within the local community.
