On Sunday, March 30, former Whitesboro High School standout Avery Cook’s current college team, the Purdue Boilermakers, lost 16-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UCLA Bruins.
The game took place at Alexander Field. This was their third matchup against the Bruins this season.
The Boilermakers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 5 p.m. at Alexander Field against Northern Illinois Huskies.
