On Wednesday, March 12, former Whitesboro High School standout Avery Cook’s current college team, the Purdue Boilermakers, won 10-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Butler Bulldogs.

The game took place at Alexander Field. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Boilermakers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 4 p.m. at Alexander Field against UIC Flames.
