Oneida County Sheriff reports arrest after dispute in Town of Lee

A man from the Town of Lee was arrested following a dispute on January 16, 2026, according to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol. Deputies responded to a call at approximately 11:15 AM on Lee Center Taberg Road in the Town of Lee. Upon arrival, deputies determined that property had been damaged and an order of protection had been violated.

The case was referred to the Criminal Investigations Unit for further investigation. As a result, Roger F. Gullerat, age 62 and a resident of Lee, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt in the First Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree. Both charges are classified as E felonies.

Gullerat was taken to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing. He was then released and issued an appearance ticket to return to Lee Town Court at a later date.
