April 10th-16th is recognized as National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week.

These men and women are truly the first responder as they answer all incoming calls for citizens needing police, fire, or medical help.

This week is a time to celebrate and thank telecommunications personnel across the Nation who serve our communities, citizens, and public safety personnel 24 hours a day, seven days a week with the ability to act fast and manage high stress situations.

We are blessed in Oneida County with the incredible staff at the Oneida County Department Of Emergency Services.

We are honored to serve with you!
