The City of Utica has announced a new grant from the Edwin J. Wadas Foundation to support youth programming at the Parkway Recreation Center. Mayor Galime emphasized the importance of providing innovative services for young people, stating that it is "a key component of this Administration" and a personal goal during his tenure. He acknowledged the foundation's contributions as "invaluable" and crucial for developing positive futures for local youth.
